By accessing and using Marilo's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily access Marilo's services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Marilo's services
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Service Description

Marilo provides digital menu solutions and marketplace integration services for hospitality businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with or without notice.

4. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Marilo cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

• You must not use the service for any illegal purpose

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. Commission fees apply based on your chosen plan and payment method. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Marilo or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Marilo's services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
